These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, services, and all things Plufy-related. By accessing or using our site or placing a pre-order, you're agreeing to be bound by these Terms. Don’t worry, we’ve kept the jargon to a minimum.

Plufy is a product owned and operated by Plufy Toys, headquartered in Siliguri, West Bengal, India. We’re building the world’s first screen-free, AI-powered learning toy for kids—and you're here at the beginning. 🎉

2. 💳 Pre-Orders & Refunds

• By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a Plufy unit in advance of its official release.

• You will be charged the full amount at checkout

• Your money is safe. If you change your mind before shipping, just write to us at contact@plufytoys.com, and we’ll refund you—no questions asked.

• Discounts, offers, and free app access for early adopters are subject to change after the pre-order window closes.

3. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated shipping timelines will be shared before product release.

• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain, or interdimensional portal disruptions (okay, maybe not the last one).

• We'll keep you updated every step of the way.

4. 📱 Parent App Access

• Pre-orders include 1 year of free access to the Plufy Parent App.

• After the first year, subscription fees may apply to continue app features and updates.

• Access and functionality may vary based on region and platform

5. 👪 Use of Product

• Plufy is designed for children aged 3–10, under parental supervision.

• While Plufy is safe, educational, and adorable, it is not a replacement for parenting, cuddles, or bedtime stories (though it’s happy to help with those too).

• Please don’t try to hack, reprogram, or teach Plufy bad words—it’s here to do good things only. 💛

6. 🔒 Privacy & Data

We care about your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. 🧠 Intellectual Property

All content on the Plufy website—logos, product designs, app visuals, and lovable stuffed characters—belong to Plufy Toys. Please don’t copy, steal, or try to pass it off as your own creation (unless you’re 5 and using crayons—then it’s cool).

8. ❌ Limitations of Liability

We do our best to make sure everything works perfectly, but:

• We are not responsible for any indirect damages, emotional trauma caused by excessive cuteness, or arguments over who gets to hug Plufy first.

• Product use must align with safety instructions. Parental supervision is always recommended.
