📦 When will Plufy ship?
Plufy is currently in its final stages of development and production. Shipping is expected to begin in July-2026. As an early backer, you’ll be among the first to receive your smart learning buddy.
We’ll keep you posted every step of the way with behind-the-scenes updates and shipping notifications.
🌍 Where do we ship?
Currently, we ship across India. International shipping will open soon—sign up for updates if you’re outside India!
📫 Delivery timelines
Once shipped, your order should reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
💸 Shipping costs
Shipping is FREE for all pre-orders. Because you're awesome and early.
💸 Refund Policy
Changed your mind? No problem.
We get it. Parenting is unpredictable. Maybe you weren’t expecting another plush in the house. Or maybe your toddler now insists on becoming a dinosaur instead of learning math.
Whatever the reason, you can request a full refund at any time before your order ships. No questions asked. Seriously.
Just email us at contact@plufytoys.com with your order details and we’ll process the refund within 5–7 business days.
Post-shipping returns:
Once you’ve received your Plufy, we accept returns only if:
The item was damaged during transit
The product is defective or not working as expected
In such cases, just send us a photo/video within 7 days of delivery and we’ll either replace your Plufy or refund you—your choice.
